Legal Insurance: How It Works

At Zukowsky Law Group, we’re proud to partner with several major legal insurance networks — including ARAG, MetLife Legal Plans, and U.S. Legal Services — to make quality legal help more accessible and affordable.
If you have one of these plans through your employer, you may be entitled to covered or reduced-cost legal services for matters such as real estate transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, HOA issues, debt collection, or traffic citations. 

 We are an approved ARAG Network Law Firm, experienced in handling covered matters for ARAG members throughout Florida.
ARAG plans typically cover consultations, document review, demand letters, real estate closings, and even representation in certain disputes.
Once your case is opened, ARAG pays us directly at their set rates, so you don’t need to worry about billing. We simply close the claim with ARAG once your matter is resolved. 

 Zukowsky Law Group is also a participating provider with MetLife Legal Plans (formerly Hyatt Legal).
Members can open a case directly through their MetLife portal and request us by name. Once your case number is issued, we’ll take it from there.
MetLife plans often cover services such as property deeds, lease reviews, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate closings — all with no out-of-pocket cost to you for covered matters. 

  We proudly accept U.S. Legal Services plans as well.
These plans work similarly — members can contact U.S. Legal Services to open a case and select Zukowsky Law Group as their attorney.
Many real-estate-related issues, including purchase contracts, HOA disputes, and traffic matters, are fully or partially covered. 

 Coverage varies by plan, but we’re happy to verify it for you before we begin.
Even if your legal insurance doesn’t cover the entire matter, we offer affordable flat-fee options so you’ll always know the cost upfront.
